Suicide Prevention Services of America Workshop

SCHOOLS

Inspiring and educating students to advocate for themselves and others’ mental health through interactive presentations in the school. Students will learn about warning signs of suicide, myths about suicide, as well as what steps they can take to connect to vital resources in the community. Presentations content is tailored to age-appropriate information and the needs of the school.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

Have Suicide Prevention Services come and talk to your group. Learn about warning signs, risk factors, and myths about suicide, as well as how to help and connect someone having thoughts of suicide to resources. We have presented to churches, businesses, clubs, and all kinds of other organizations. Presentations topics are customizable depending on your group’s needs.

Continue your mental health education through learning in depth about suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention best practices.
