SOS Quilts

Remember Loved Ones Lost

Suicide Prevention Services of America can put your picture and words remembering a loved one lost to suicide on a SOS quilt to illustrate that suicide happens to us all, and that we are committed in their memory to saving lives and preventing suicide.

To participate, just send us a picture – a snapshot or portrait – of your loved one, along with the script and and dates you would like included next to your loved one’s photo. The script can include a short poem, quote, or anything meaningful to you and your family and friends.

Send the photograph and script, along with $10.00 to cover the cost of the quilt block to:
